Bathroom design was unacceptable: it lacked proper separation and privacy. There was no ceiling, which caused smells and noise to spread, making it extremely uncomfortableβespecially for two people. One person practically had to leave the room just so the other could use the toilet. No ventilation in the bathroom, which made the situation even worse. Very impractical room setup: there were no towel racks anywhereβnot in the bathroom or the room. When I raised this issue, staff said it was due to a βminimalist style,β which is not a valid excuse for lack of basic functionality. Poor architectural and interior design choices: it felt like comfort and real guest needs were completely ignored. Severe lack of soundproofing: we could hear everythingβother rooms, elevators, and outside noise. It felt like there were no doors or walls at all. Overall, this was the worst experience we have ever had. On a positive note, it was clean and the staff were polite.
