“Unhelpful team, and filthy dirty room”
The location
The room was filthy, dirty bed sheets, with stains, the roof was damaged by a precious leak, the bathroom was crusty. With water pooling around a Dirty sink, dirty toilet and gross shower. I genuinely do not believe this room had been cleaned following the previous guests departure. When we brought this to the attention of staff we were met with disinterest and unhelpfulness. No solution or room change was provided and we ultimately decided to leave early. The team member told us to contact booking.com for a refund, which we did however the property are in responsive to booking.com and myself. Please do be prepared if you are booking this place that the room may be a very different quality to what you see online.

Stanza fatiscente, con umidità muffa infiltrazioni d'acqua, doccia rotta e puzza di fogna, insetti morti lenzuola strappate. La stanza si affacciava di fronte ad una sorta di discarica. Non corrispondeva alle foto della prenotazione.
