We went for sun we got it plenty of it. Breakfast was good, 6 Pictures may not be published for food and views attached, We done few dinners in restaurant as well indoor , out door both, We met the Chief, Good over all new build apart of balcony door didn't lock broken. For constructive improvement, Front desk guy needs training in communication skills apart of lady who who effective solved the small issue caused by other fellow staff as mentioned on booking com, Plus airport shutter is not prepaid as said on booking com, rooms are only 60% sound proof you know what I mean. Tour desk part did not worked for us we arranged privately, All Hotel staff reception, restaurant & housing keeping understand English very well as mentioned on partner website but all staff pretended they don't get a single word what we asked for, Never mind online translate sorted out :), Plus English menu was there we have seen it but we was given French throughout the stay one gentle man waiting staff understood for taking so long provided once English version remaining 5day French. Finally one door security guard was a gentle man not others, Also you need provide transport or renting as every attraction is at long travel distance or taxi to city centre Tangier for high speed Train, expect delays in schedules, but do your research first then travel there.
Nationality focused treatment. City Tax is still not paid/included when you prepay online first on Booking com or any other etc. Still have to pay at checking time in local DH.
