Location
The window in the room could not be opened at all. The ventilation system could not be turned off either — the only way to stop it was to remove the key card, which meant there was no electricity in the room. On top of that, there was extremely loud noise throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep.

Das Personal als auch die Besitzer sind super nett... Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen. In der Nähe hat mein die Straßenbahn. Das Essen ist super, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel.

Brekfast was very good location as well .Tram is just a few minutes from hotel to Sarajevo city centre. Aerport near hotel...Loots of shops,restorants,coffee shops....
