“A gorgeous hotel with exceptional service”
We booked the private pool room for a special occasion and thought it was great value. The room was large with everything you could want - a secluded pool area, amazing view and modern decor. The food at the onsite restaurant was great and they helped me arrange a small dessert with a message written on the plate for my partners birthday. We could get breakfast delivered to our room too which was a nice touch. The location is great for the white temple, about a 15 minute walk, but they also offer a free shuttle which we opted for given it was raining during our stay.
There were a few minor details that I think would make this place a 10: - there weren’t any pool towels for our private pool (not sure if they were available for the shared pool) so it made the floor very wet when we came inside - the shower didn’t have the main shower head, just the handheld one that’s detachable from the wall. This was at an inconvenient height for me so I had to either crouch under it or hold it while showering - the breakfast options were limited and I would’ve much preferred being able to choose from the coffee shop breakfast menu - there was a separate bath and shower but only one bathmat so the floor ended up very wet and slippy - I’d read about the bikes and peddle boats in other reviews and thought about using them but both looked a little run down during our stay

Humidité dans toute la chambre. Mais cela est dû à la proximité avec les rizières. Intensifier l’entretien de l’ensemble des équipements.
“Very cozy atmosphere and sincere staff.”
We had a cottage, which was wonderfull because of the view! The staff is the most sincerely friendly staff we had during our trip through Thailand. Very good restaurant! Nice atmosphere in the evening. We used bikes to visit the white temple and bike around the area with rice fields.
Cottages are not very big, but for 2 nights very well. Rooms are bigger. The swimming pool was bit weird located next to the reception but nevertheless a good, small pool.

Personnel très aimable et serviable. Très bon service! Très proche du fameux Wat Rong Khun (Temple Blanc). Centre ville de Chiang Rai accessible en 25 minutes. De petits concerts ou événements sont organisés les week-ends sur place. 2 petits pédalos sont disponibles pour une promenade sur le lac. Avec possibilité d’acheter de la nourriture pour poissons.
Juste une petite suggestion d’amélioration : une grande ET une petite serviette serait appréciable pour les femmes ;)
