“Affordable but no proper service”
Price is affordable Easy walk to the city centre Quiet
Reception was closed from 12pm, so didn't meet any one the day of my check in, or any other days actually. Extremely cold, should give extra blanket (very warm like woolen blanket) Shower are terrible, couldn't get hot water. Clean enough but not the standards you could expect. Kitchen closed from 10pm to 9.30 am in the morning ! You can't get a tea or coffee before heading to town. Who gets their breakfast that late ?

It's conveniently located, has a great kitchen, and is clean and quiet. Extra layers were provided for my bed on the cold Dunedin nights.
A bit last minute accommodation but was handy to town
No staff around for essential necessities like towels
