Otelde bir sorun yaşadık ama otel çalışanı Osama bey ve Ehab bey mağduriyetimizi çok iyi giderdi bizi memnun etmeye çalıştı. Gideceğimiz Beach‘e kadar özel arabayla gönderdi. Klimamız bozulduğunda hemen tamir ettirdiler ve oda değiştirmeyi teklif ettiler. Otelden ayrılırken de sabah çok erken saatte bizi sandviçler kek ve meyve suları ile yolculadılar otelden memnun kaldık. We had an issue at the hotel during our stay, but Mr.Osama and Mr.Ehab from the hotel staff handled everything really well and genuinely tried to make sure we were happy. He even arranged a private car to take us to the beach we wanted to visit. Later, when the AC in our room stopped working, they had it fixed right away and also offered to change our room. We also had an early departure from the hotel, and they prepared sandwiches, cake and fruit juice for us, which was a really nice touch. Overall, we were happy with our stay, especially with how helpful and attentive the staff were.
