  “מלון נקי ונעים עם שירות מצוין בקבלה, אך חוויית ארוחת הערב והיחס מהמלצרים טעונים שיפור”

  המלון היה נקי, מסודר ונעים מאוד. האיש בקבלה היה מקסים, אדיב ושירותי, ותמיד קיבלנו מענה מהיר לכל מה שהיינו צריכים.

  לצערי, החוויה בארוחות הערב הייתה פחות טובה. המלצרים התעלמו מאיתנו פעמים רבות והיחס שקיבלנו לא היה נעים. זה הגיע למצב שלא הרגשנו בנוח להגיע לארוחת הערב, וחבל כי בשאר הדברים דווקא נהנינו מאוד מהמלון.

  “Für den gleichen Preis hätten wir vor Ort etwas besseres bekommen.”

  Hallo, zuerst hat man uns ein sehr schlechtes Zimmer gegeben, sollte Gartenblick haben, hatten einen Blick auf einen Parkplatz. Nach einer Beschwerde von meiner Frau, hat man uns einen Tag später ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick ohne Aufpreis gegeben. Nachteil, Abends war es zu laut von der Poolbar, Fußball und England, mehr muss ich wohl nicht sagen.

  “Disappointing Four-Star Hotel Experience :-(”

  The location was excellent, and some members of staff—especially John/Ioannis at reception and several members of the restaurant and bar team—were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the free sunbeds on the beach.

  The hotel does not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star property. For example, there is no dedicated luggage room for guests who check out at 11:00 a.m. but leave later in the day. The hotel restaurant, where half-board meals are served, is of very average quality, and some members of staff appeared uninterested in their work. I would not recommend booking half board, as the selection is limited to cheaper, lower-value dishes from the menu. The hotel also adds substantial surcharges to external services. For example, it offered transport to Oia for €60, while we arranged the same service through a local travel agency for €35. The hotel quoted €40 for a taxi to the airport, whereas we booked one ourselves for €30. Before our stay, details of our reservation—including our name, email address, exact dates and booking amount—were apparently leaked. We were subsequently contacted via WhatsApp in an attempted scam. This raises serious concerns about the security of the hotel’s booking system and the protection of guests’ personal information. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
