Сподобалось, що багато лежаків на території готелю, і ззовні дуже гарно. Багато розважальних вечірніх програм. А ще коти які гулять на території і ти можеш їх погладити. Ввічливий персонал в їдальні. Пляж дуже чистий і рукою подати.
По приїзду мій номер був брудний. Жінка на рецепції була не дуже приємна, їй взагалі було байдуже до всього. Вайфай в номері майже не працював, але потім вони швидко вирішили цю проблему. Фен для волосся дуже старий і знаходиться в кімнаті. Шафи були брудні і застрарі. Я бачила на власні очі як помили мою склянку, дівчина просто пшикнула якимось засобом і протерла рушником. Вони не замінюють посуд, а просто залишають його в кімнаті. Душ в ванній кімнаті був також застарілий, все в нальоті. Було би все чудово, якщо би я не платила такі величезні гроші. Їжі було достатньо, моментами дуже смачно, а моментами поганенько.
“Soggiorno superlativo e rilassante”
Il soggiorno in questa struttura è stato davvero magnifico, è andato oltre le mie aspettative. La struttura è bella ed elegante con accesso diretto alla meravigliosa spiaggia di Makronissos di sabbia bianca e mare cristallino, ottima per staccare la spina e rilassarsi e comunque a 10 minuti a piedi da Landa beach e 20 minuti dalla famosa Nissi beach. Come prima cosa vorrei sottolineare la professionalità e l'eccezionale grado di ospitalità di tutto lo staff a partire dal Sig. Aristos della reception (nulla togliere agli altri suoi colleghi, carinissimi anche loro) a cui va il mio particolare ringraziamento per la sua disponibilità e simpatia con il quale abbiamo potuto scambiare qualche parola di italiano e scherzare un pò perché è l'unico a masticare un pochino la nostra lingua; cosa dire poi di Khalef e Amera, due ragazzi di sala carinissimi sempre sorridenti e cordiali come anche la ragazza bionda dell'animazione, della quale non ricordo il nome, che cercava sempre di coinvolgere tutti nelle varie attività. La camera era ampia e spaziosa con affaccio su una delle piscine e sul mare, cosa volere di più! Le stanze vengono pulite ogni giorno con regolare cambio di asciugamani...negli spazi comuni c'era sempre qualcuno che lavava, spazzava e puliva i tavolini. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono vari bar e 3 ristoranti oltre alla sala buffet dove abbiamo sempre mangiato; il cibo molto buono e vario con ampia scelta sia a pranzo che a cena. Anche la colazione è varia ma per noi italiani forse c'è poca scelta di dolce, si trovano comunque sempre mini croissant e fagottini di pasta sfoglia ripieni al cioccolato. Il wi-fi è gratuito in tutta la struttura...Insomma che dire, una vacanza superlativa!!!Se dovessi tornare a Cipro (spero nel prossimo anno) non avrei dubbi sulla struttura da scegliere: il Dome beach hotel & resort.

The location is amazing, huge chill zone, nice pools, pleasant interior and exterior design. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers decent meals, the variety is great.
That would be nice to have a transfer from Larnaca Airport directly to the hotel area
“Good stay with potential to be a great hotel”
The best of all is the hotel location. You can walk directly into two different beaches with easy access to smaller ones too and an archeological site. The staff were majority very nice, friendly. The except for reception (more details in cons). The swimming pool area is really nice and padel nearby great too.
The receptionist really gave zero care for the guest. She was rude and didn’t make any effort to answer any of our questions. Especially being the reception, I would expect a more welcoming staff. They barely gave information about the hotel even during check in. We arrived post dinner time (quite early time to finish btw 21:30) and had all inclusive package, but could not have dinner that evening anymore. Feels like they lack a bit of passion. The location is so special and hotel has potential to be much more with better info and marketing. For example, they put some pictures of the padel courts. But when I messaged via booking to learn how to play in the hotel, I got mixed responses which did not confirm or help me how to ensure I could play. Other than that, the food and drinks also deserve some attention. Drinks: we got the all inclusive package, which based on the reviews we had seen here, we were not expecting to be any wonder. However, it is VERY limited. The cocktails are all made with those artificial syrup and lack taste, the offer is super limited (no Aperol spritz for example). Only the beer was good. They could at least add something like a premium package for those looking to enjoy something a bit more decent. Food: very basic and always the same taste on the buffet. Also lacked variety and the meat quality was poor. We ended up eating out twice (despite having all inclusive package) The “a la carte” restaurants are fixed course meal. The greek one is good and was probably the best meal we had during our stay. However, the Italian, they should be ashamed to call that Italian. The pizza was worse than frozen pizza from supermarket.
