  “Schöne erholung in Manila”

  Es ist eine sehr schönes Luxus Hotel. Im Zimmer war alles sehr schön. Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das restauran La Piazza ist sehr gut. Mitarbeiter wie Marco vom Restaurant sind Gold wert

  Das Casino verhält sich nicht korrekt. Wenn der E-Roulette tisch einen Fehler hat (error) dann geht es zu lasten der spieler. Die spieler können nichts dafür, dass die geräte Fehlerhaft sind. Keine Kulanz oder entschädigung wurde angeboten. Meistens nur Chinesischen Glückspielautomaten. Daher eine stern weniger

  “The best hotel in the Philippines”

  Filipino hospitality especially Okada staffs are top notch! I want to recognize Kyle and Viviene, they made our stay the best and unforgetable. We tried Enbu with my family and we loved it so much. So much variety of entertainment, it felt like Vegas but in the Philippines. Would be coming back here when we come back to the Philippines.

  Cleanliness but my complain was escalated professionally and got resolved.
