It was comfortable and relaxing
They never refilled the mini bar, there was no water, we had to get the water from a fountain. Restaurants being strict about reservations even tho it wasn't busy at All. Ice cream parlor open for 2 hrs only.

El hotel en general está bien, el bufet me pareció variado,
El horario de cierre para entregar toallas debería de ser más tarde para no llevarlas mojadas a la habitación, el horario del bar de alberca debería de cerrar mas tarde, ya que si uno esta en la alberca tiene que ir hasta el bar de la parte de arriba del lobby, por que en el restaurante que esta cerca de la alberca no tiene vaso desechable para brindar el servicio, deberían de tener unos carritos que acerque a los huéspedes a la entrada del fraccionamiento, ya que esta retirado y si quiere uno salir a conocer la 5ta avenida y sus alrededores es demasiado la distancia, en el área de las mesas de billar hace falta unos ventiladores.
