“It was my daughter birthday and we got disappointed at our stay as we paid too much money.”
The rooms were dirty and didn’t change the bed sheets when asked to clean the room and towels were dirty. Wasn’t worth the price of charged

Indifference, slowness and ignorance of the staff to many demands, such as clothes Iron, Clothes hangers they didn’t bring even if I demanded and called them more than once, and hair dryer they treat me with ignorance and slowness and brought them after two days of my stay. I checked spa two times, and no one was in the reception Restaurant with no culinary art Loud noisy music all the day so that I I had to avoid staying in resort along the day
