Ich habe bereits eine Beschwerde eingereicht, aber es wurde nichts unternommen. In unserem Zimmer, der Villa, war das WC undicht. Es hat wohl über längere Zeit etwas Flüssigkeit verloren, sodass der Boden von Urin und anderen Fäkalien vergilbt war. Das Badezimmer hat extrem gestunken. Wir haben uns beschwert und es wurde versucht, sauber zu machen, aber das hat nichts gebracht. Die Fliesen müssen ausgetauscht werden. Außerdem verstehe ich nicht, wie ein Hotel familienfreundlich sein kann, wenn überall offene Kabelkanäle und ganze Stromkabel mit freiliegenden Kupferdrähten herumliegen.

Trop de bruit dans les couloirs et même la nuit, les portes qui claquent les gens qui crient. L'après midi à la sieste avec bébé encore pire trop de bruit ,les couverts et les verres en cuisine souvent mal lavés .
