βLovely hotelβ
My hotel room was on the 6th floor and quite spacious with a good view of the airstrip/Corfu town and surrounding mountains and lagoon and had good facilites. I ate the buffet breakfast and dinner and it was really delicious with a huge choice on offer and lots of seating area. The hotel bar provided live entertainment in the evening which was very pleasant to sit and listen to while sipping cocktails. The swimming pool looked huge with lots of sun beds but I didnβt use it, but instead took the funicular down to the little pebbly/sandy beach which was really lovely - the sea was fabulous to swim in. The beach cafΓ© served some good snacks though the service was a bit slow and disorganised !
I was given a room overlooking the airstrip so it was a bit noisy - but that said, it was great watching the planes take off and land !
