⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tuve una experiencia maravillosa en el hotel. Todo el personal nos atendió muy bien, con mucha amabilidad y siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros. La experiencia superó mis expectativas y quedé muy contenta y satisfecha con nuestra estadía. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Nathalie roche,la representante de Booking, quien nos recibió y estuvo pendiente de nosotros durante toda nuestra estadía. Nos ayudó con todas nuestras inquietudes, siempre estuvo disponible y tuvo una excelente atención con nosotros. También quiero destacar que, gracias a nuestra reserva a través de Booking, tuvimos algunos privilegios y beneficios que hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. Todo estuvo muy bien organizado y nos sentimos muy bien atendidos tanto por Booking como por el hotel. Recomiendo totalmente el hotel y también reservar a través de Booking. Fue una experiencia mucho mejor de lo que imaginaba y me voy muy feliz y agradecida con todo el equipo, especialmente con Nathalie roche por estar tan pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. ❤️✨

Beautiful property but need hot water, 24 hours shuttle- when you are near the beach in the 3000 there is no shuttle to take you destination. The lighting at night it’s too dark, Also you should have open snack bar and serve pizza, fries etc everyone can’t eat ha and cheese.
