“Excellent”
Due to a changed flight we had to check-in at 1:00 AM. The host understood the situation and very friendly told us that there was no problem. We checked in at no extra cost with no issues. Host responds very fast. The property is next to a Kaufland and a tram station which goes directly to the centre for 20 min so it's very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm back in the beautiful city is Dresden.
Sehr ruhig gelegenes, sauberes Zimmer. Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle ganz in der Nähe. Dusche, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küche (!), Esszimmer (!) mit Klavier: top!! Matratze und TV: gut. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis: unschlagbar.
In unserem TV fehlte das ZDF. Ab der dritten Nacht machte die Heizung in den frühen Morgenstunden Geräusche.

Etwas versteckt im Grünen gelegen, abseits vom Stadttrubel, aber durchaus verkehrsgünstig. Das Haus ist wie eine kleine Villa, große Terrasse für alle, noch nicht ganz fertig. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Große Gemeinschaftsküche mit allem, was man braucht und danebenliegendes großes Esszimmer für alle. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.
Die Zimmer sind trotz der Akkustikpaneele an den Wänden sehr hellhörig.
Sehr ruhig, sauberes Zimmer, sehr gute Lage mit Straßenbahnanbindung.
