Only ,staff was incredibly helpful they understood our position and cancelled our reservation.
The break fast was terrible they served frozen bread and the room wasn’t clean and smelled.There was no access for the car you had to walk to the hotel with luggage.

Les photos de la salle de bain ne correspondaient pas à la réalité. Il y avait de la moisissure dans la douche et au niveau des joints de la salle de bain. Wifi instable et climatisation un peu bruyante

Es un negocio familiar y eso se nota. El hotel no es fácil de encontrar, puesto que está metido en la zona peatonal del paseo del canal, en un sitio precioso, y ahí estaban esperándonos, para llevarnos las maletas y acompañarnos al hotel. Las habitaciones preciosas donde dormimos muy muy bien. El desayuno, excepcional - había dos versiones, una "occidental" y otra "china" y ninguna de ella decepciona - la verdad es que después de varios días comiendo desayuno chino, uno occidental con sus tostadas, huevos escalfados y champiñones, no está nada mal.
