“Sad and disappointed”
Location was convenient
No power back up.. they take 20 mins to switch to generator in peak heat. .. the mattresses were worn out and we had a terrible back ache. Staff is rude and not trainee.

Property is located at a prime location. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the linen was fresh and clean without any strong bleach smell, which made the stay more pleasant.
The hotel feels slightly pricey when compared to the facilities offered at this price point. Breakfast quality was good, but the buffet had limited variety considering the overall room tariff. Only one litre of complimentary spring water is provided. It would be better if this was clearly mentioned on booking platforms like Booking.com, as additional water is charged at ₹60 per bottle. Guests may prefer to purchase water from outside.

“Highly Recommended”
The place is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and the people are wonderful. We met the hostess and she was telling us about the history of the royal family and how they have been managing the place and such a delight to hear her stories.
