Great place 5 min walk away from the old street - it does require some steps so wouldn't recommend for people with mobility issues. The view is great and the place was more spacious than expected. It is a little confusing for the drivers to get to the place, but the staff provide very clear instructions and with pictures!
The beds were a little on the harder side. I would also say that because it is more residential, there are dogs so sometimes they bark at night - which was no issue for us, but if you're a light sleeper maybe something to consider. They are really cute dogs though :)

房間很大，空間很足夠，民宿前的階梯可以抵達九份老街，停好車後逛老街很方便。門口可以停車，但如果是大型休旅車，要停比較靠近民宿，流通道讓居民進出。 房間有準備愛心商店泡麵，一碗20元，很佛心，也有電熱瓶可以煮熱水，想吃泡麵也沒問題。 管家很親切。
後方道路有些許墓園，介意的話要自行斟酌一下。
