Location is good n room is clean.
no elevator to climb up to 5th floor. We have two big luggages๐ซ. Only on the day before our departure and we are informed to throw the rubbish, n the rubbish plastic provided was transparent color, not as stated the orange color bag. We have to find the orange color bag by ourselves. Instructions to find the bin to throw the rubbish also not clear. We also spend sometime to find ourselves. We also encounter difficulties to find our room, it was not stated in the key that our room is located which floor, we climb up all the floor to find๐ต
