“location and view are fantastic”
Location was great. the building looks a bit run down but the apartment inside is in good condition. also the balcony that it has with fantastic view of the sea makes it very special.

Location is Perfect
The apartment appears to be a rather improvised combination of older furniture and beds, with basic equipment including a television, located in a deteriorated building in the middle of the old town. Compared with other accommodations I have experienced in Cyprus, both the cleanliness and the overall standard of the facilities were below average. The entrance area of the building was noticeably dirty and may not be suitable for guests who are sensitive to hygiene or odors. Inside the apartment, particularly in the kitchen, drawers, and washing machine, there was a persistent unpleasant smell reminiscent of dampness, mold, and stale air. This created an unwelcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. The internet connection was unreliable and repeatedly disconnected, making it difficult to use even for basic private purposes. A particularly disturbing experience was that another person entered the entrance area of the apartment while I was already asleep, which I found unsettling and concerning from a privacy perspective. The bathroom also showed signs of poor maintenance. The towel holder was damaged and unstable, while the shower curtain had been temporarily fixed with an electrical cable instead of a proper fitting. Given the prices currently achievable for accommodation in Cyprus, the property would benefit significantly from renovation, improved maintenance, and greater attention to cleanliness and guest comfort.
