The apartment is literally a 2 minute walk from the train station. The view is really nice and you don't have to drag your luggage up the stairs, there is a lift. The owner - Cheri- is easily accessible, responds quickly and is helpful, he allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment until the departure.
It would be nice to have aircondition sometimes. The hot water supply malfunction for a few days was not pleasant, but it was obviously a coincidence.

Great location. Very nice area which is a 1 min walk from the train station and easy access to to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It is a 20 minute walk into the city center but mostly along the Main Street which is filled with activity, stores and restaurants. The flat is well appointed and all amenities are provided. Also, it is a comfortable size for one person or a couple, and has a spacious bathroom. Good cupboard space to hang clothes.
Extremely hot with no ventilation in the summer, unless you keep the patio door open, and this makes sleeping at night very comfortable. The landlady does provide fans but the heat, and difficulty sleeping, ruined our time there. Also, it can be a bit noisy due to people hanging out in the courtyard until late at night. The sofa is old and needs changing and there is no shelving for clothes/storage but there is a lot of cupboard space to hang clothes.
