It was very easy as they have a lock box. The bed was comfortable and good bedlinen. The view was outstanding one could never tire of it. The unit was well stocked with all you need.
If you have impaired mobility this would not be for you. A very steep hill to drive up!

The View was excellent, but everything else was well below par
The access was impossible for us by foot and very difficult by vehicle. The driveway was very steep (at least 25 degrees) and included two hairpin bends! It is one way for all of the 60 meters (est) length. The access difficulty was further impaired by the workmen who were demolishing part of the interior of the building next door, parking their cars and trailers very close to the public access. On one day of our stay construction noise from next door was annoying. The interior of the unit was across 3-4 levels which made moving around the unit quite perilous for seniors especially during night hours. There was mould on the ironing board and in other areas and the dryer was not properly functional.

Great views. Very well equipped. Clean and comfortable. Easy walk and cycle into Nelson. Handy bus stop at bottom of hill to go into Nelson or down the coast to the beach
