The apartment was well-prepared, sparkling wine on the table; and you could find many other gadgets useful during your stay there (e.g. things for the beach, board games, first-aid kit, etc). The street and the next-door bar don't generate much disturbing sound. It's close to the beach and the bus-stop. Bus 612 will take you directly to the airport. Good contact with the owner.
The toilet is only upstairs, the shower is small.
