I like the way that the flat was very Clean and tidy .
Everything was generally fine, however the host did not mention that the property is accessed by a long staircase and that the flat is located on the top floor with no lift. This made it very difficult for me and my daughters to reach the apartment, as it is on the third floor. My daughter, who has a learning disability, in particular found it very challenging to manage the number of steps. We feel this was not fair as there was no prior mention of the stairs or lack of lift in the listing. Also the host leave an empty refrigerator not even a bottle of water in the refrigerator and they were very stingy with the tea bags also.

No se nos informó de que era un tercer piso y sin ascensor. A la hora de entrar no estaba preparado con respecto a la limpieza del cliente anterior. No pudimos entrar.

Le procedure di check in/out sono completamente gestite in autonomia mediante codici di accesso. Ogni volta che tornavamo a casa non si apriva mai la prima porta, siamo stati costretti a chiamare piu e piu volte il servizio (gestito da remoto) per "sbloccare" la prima porta (quindi autonomia limitata e legata sempre alla presenza di un operatore). Il peggio però è stato una sera in cui c'è stato un intervento emanutentivo in strada (elettrico) e siamo rimasti un'ora e mezza in strada al freddo (fino alle undici e mezza) senza che ci offrissero un'opzione alternativa (non avendo chiavi fisiche era impossibile accedere all'appartemento) Veramente pessima esperienza! Contattato anche l'assistenza di Booking e ancora non ho ricevuto risposta
