Great location for visiting a family member at QEU and also ideal for going to Braehead
Curtains were not secure so last night was not a great sleep with the no dark cover. I completely understand that this is out with the property’s control as it fell off. I also think a bathroom fan would reduce the condensation after showering.
The apartment is clean & cozy, maybe a little dated but at least Apartment 2 (of the 5 apartments total) on the ground floor has a lot of natural lights and overall very practical. Our two bedrooms are clean and functional. Towels are provided but bring your own shampoo & soap. Kitchen has microwave, a stove, oven and large refrigerator (no dishwasher). There is a combo clothes washer/dryer (it's one machine for both). Access is via a physical key in a lockbox outside the main door and the management company has pretty good communication (via the Booking.com chat, did not respond to WhatsApp though). The streets are relatively quiet, there are convenience stores around the apartment (2 minute walk), an Asda Superstore (Asda Govan) about 15 mins walk away for your food/groceries and everything else. Uber or GlasGo Cars can easily find this address if you don't want to walk over for 15 mins to the Govan Subway station (e.g. in the rain or snow). WiFi available and speed is good.
The Govan residential neighborhood isn't exactly the nicest but we didn't have any problems and felt safe walking around, but late night walking can be a bit creepy if you're the nervous type (so better Uber your dinner if you don't feel like going out). On the night where there is football match at the nearby Ibrox stadium, you may hear some noise outside but pretty minor. Walls and ceiling are a bit thin so you'll hear your neighbours. The washer/dryer combo, while it's a great idea, seems to only work for washer and not so much for dryer, so don't expect your typical clothes dryer and prepare to hang dry. Other than that, it works just fine if you want a quiet place away from the crowded area.

Light in stairwell didn’t always come on when coming in from the outside in the dark it flashed a few times and came on sometimes or just kept flickering nothing bad just neeeds bulb looked at
