“Great view and location”
Location really central. Aberdeen is expensive and difficult for parking, but there was parking at location and short walk to centre and park. Lovely view over riverside. Apartment really spacious with all amenities provided
Apartment block a little difficult to find, but owners sent photos which was helpful. Train line at rear of Apartment and had to keep windows closed at back of Apartment at night

Vor Anreise wird man intensiv hingewiesen auf: -keine Party - nicht rauchen - nichts kaputt machen - und muss 200 Pfund hinterlegen, falls doch etwas kaputt geht. Von daher erwartete ich eigentlich ein perfektes, sauberes Appartement. Sauberkeit, darüber kann man streiten. Typisch schottisch würde ich sagen. Die Toilettenbürsten gehörten jedoch seit Monaten ausgetauscht. Toilettenpapier mussten wir nachordern. Es gibt einen Gasherd, aber kein Feuerzeug. Für Flugreisende schwierig... Mein Hauptkritikpunkt ist: Fußboden in der Küche defekt, Spiegel im Schlafzimmer defekt, Handtuchhalter defekt. Wir wurden auf keinen Defekt hingewiesen, mussten aber 200 Pfund Sicherheit hinterlegen,....das gab und gibt mir ein ungutes Gefühl

Please read before booking. If This is a very run down outdated flat it requires a full refurbishment. It has not been deep cleaned for years. There was also no hand wash in the flat which is shocking a tiny soap bar that alone should tell you about the landlords hygiene standards. Our main concern is the beds in the property the mattresses have springs coming out one was so unbearable we decided to leave 2 nights earlier. The landlord refused to refund us even for 1 night even when we pointed out we are not leaving by choice but because we have no choice. Now we are also getting no response on them returning our deposit. Another concerning matter is she has the card stored and before we realised the issue with the mattress we extended for an extra night. We were charged by card she processed the payment before I had given her full permission to do so. I will be cancelling my card as this individual can not be trusted.
