“Very Comfortable Stay”
Everything was great and the apartment looks exactly like the photos. The area is very convenient, with shops nearby, and overall I had a very comfortable stay. I especially want to mention the sofa bed. I have a very sensitive back, so I was honestly a little worried when I first saw it, as sofa beds are often either too soft or uncomfortable to sleep on. But this one turned out to be excellent. It is a perfect length, so my feet didn’t touch the end, and both sides were very comfortable — one slightly softer and the other slightly firmer. Both worked perfectly for me.
The only downside was the noise outside, although this was obviously beyond the host’s control. There were roadworks nearby, and on several mornings the workers started around 6:00–6:30 am, which made it impossible to continue sleeping. Fortunately, the roadworks seem to have finished now, and it was completely quiet on my last night. There was also occasionally some noise from a cat and a dog outside during the night.
I stayed for 2 months and everything was perfect. Mavros is very nice and helpful !

It is new, everything that is needed for comfortable leaving was there, even washing conditioner. Also like that it has different types of sockets, so no need to buy adapters.
I was staying in December while it’s a bit cold outside, and the floor inside was also very cold if not wear any slippers.
