Excellent location, fully equipped spacious modern kitchen well stocked with condiments and kitchen essentials, new washer/dryer, spotlessly clean, access to streaming, tastefull decor. Kamil is a great guy. He's proud of his flat and wants guests to be happy. Very responsive to queries.
It's a little annoying having to re-convert the sofa to a bed each time. The bathroom is quite small. Some more hooks to hang towels on would be good.

“Great home base to explore Inverness, Loch Ness and this part of the Highlands”
Very large appartment, at least larger than expected for two people! This is a great base for exploring Inverness and the surrounding area. The train station and several bus stops, including Inverness bus terminal, are accessible on foot in 10-15 minutes. We arrived by train with luggage and reaching the appartment was no issue at all. The location is very close to the city center without being in a noisy area. Bed is very spacious and comfy, with plenty of pillows to suit anyone's needs in that regard. Many thanks to the owner for his friendliness and helpfulness. Extra towels were spontaneously provided since we had a (kind of) long stay. The heating system is simple to use and convenient, refer to the instructions given. A parking permit was provided but we didn't use it since we weren't traveling by car.
The bathroom is a tiny bit small and not so easily ventilated, although ventilation turns on automatically with the lights, so either it can be kept on for a while after using the shower, or the window can be opened (but be mindful of people passing by in the street since this is the ground floor). The curtains are not 100% obscuring the outside light and there were some "backyard" or street lights which inexplicably stayed on during only some of the nights. However this is easily helped by using any kind of sleeping mask, T-shirt or other for people sensitive to light (which is my case).
