“Very disappointing experience – would never stay here again”

Very disappointing experience – would never stay here again I made my reservation online through Booking.com and used my Visa card for the booking. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that I had to pay cash in euros. They refused to accept my card, even though I had booked through Booking.com. What made the experience even worse was that they did not want to provide me with a receipt for my payment. I found this very unprofessional and concerning. The reception staff also had very limited English, which made communication extremely difficult. There was almost no possibility of explaining or resolving the situation properly. Overall, I was treated badly and had a very unpleasant experience from the moment I arrived. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Never again – one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.
