“Perfect location in a beautiful city”
The location was perfect for accessing the city. The property was very clean. The apartment was spacious for us with plenty of cupboards in the kitchen and bedroom too.
The fact that the power was off necessitating resetting the cooker. There was a TV but with no terrestrial or digital channels available - we used our own Netflix login. The sink in the bathroom was far too shallow and there was no shelving for toiletries or places for clothing. Also, the tap and waste plug unit were terribly corroded. They definitely need changing. Please provide a cafetiere and teapot. Also, there were no cleaning clothes or liquids and we had to purchase these!

“Terrific location for sure”
It's in a wonderful location. You can easily visit the Roman Baths, come back to rest, and head out to the town again. The room is also very spacious.
Essential kitchen and bathroom items were missing when we arrived. We had to contact the manager immediately upon arrival, only to have them delivered two days later. It was a hassle.

Beautiful apartment with high ceilings. Loved the windows and views below. Has a washing and drying machine that worked great. Communication with the property and how to get in was very good. Location was exceptional to walk to shops and dinning.
Parking is difficult. We parked the car overnight 1/2-1 mile away on a residential street and we got a ticket. It cost 35 pounds and we were able to pay it instantly online. It was our fault for not following the property management’s parking recommendations.
