Apartamiento muy antiguo y carente de mantenimiento,camas incómodas y hornilla de la cocina muy peligrosa,el acceso al apartamento se hace a través de una escalera que conecta con la cocina de un restaurante que hay abajo con lo que provoca olores a comida dentro del mismo. .El anfitrión debería informar de las peculiaridades del estacionamiento de la zona ya que está limitado a hoteles y residentes.
