The property is advertised as a luxury five-star apartment, but in our experience it does not meet that standard. The steep staircase to the apartment is not mentioned in the listing and is not shown in any photos. This is a serious issue for guests with mobility limitations and inconvenient for anyone carrying luggage. The apartment was dusty, with rubbish under the beds. Furniture and fittings showed visible wear and tear (chipped table, scratched surfaces, loose door handle, kitchen drawer that could not be opened). Staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and spoke little or no English. Despite three guests staying in the apartment, only two key cards were provided. No luggage trolley was available. Breakfast was disappointing; staff were unwelcoming and we did not return after the first day. The elevator is old and has a noticeable gap between the cabin and the floor, which may present a safety concern. Overall, the accommodation and service fell well below expectations created by the listing.
