Посрещна ни мила и усмихната дама, която се беше погрижила нищо да не ни липсва през целия престой. Студиото е много чисто и организирано с всичко необходимо за отлична почивка и комфорт. Плажът е много близо, на минута.Наоколо има ресторанти и заведения за прясна морска храна, както и магазинчета със свежи плодове и зеленчуци. Препоръчвам.

The location is fine. The facilities are not bad: very comfortable bed, the air conditioning works perfectly well and does its job even in the hottest days of summer. It is suitable for two people and there is enough space around the room to leave your luggage.
The communication with the hostess was awful. The hostess does not speak Bulgarian. She speaks only Russian/Ukrainian. This was very inconvenient for us. Going to a foreign country to make money there and not making the slightest effort to learn a couple of words is totally unacceptable. She was making us feel like we owe something to her and we are the ones that should feel bad for not speaking her language. The second problem was that the hostess was not responding to our messages and phone calls and we weren’t even sure if we would be accommodated. She hasn’t seen our reservation and thus, the apartment was totally unprepared for the stay. It wasn’t cleaned properly. There was even a shoe sole on the bathroom floor.

Въпреки, че пише че настаняването е от 14:00, не получих инструкции в деня на настаняване. Не ми отговориха когато писах в букинг 1 час преди да пристигна. Телефонът беше изключен. След няколко позвънявания на руски телефон отговориха. Чаках още 1 час след като пристигнах да ми донесат ключовете. В сезон с 15 градуса навън, климатикът не вдигаше повече от 18. След като 1 ден игнорораха тази информация когато писах, ми се отговори да отворя прозореца, че времето навън е топло и в Санкт Петербург не ползват отопление от март.
