property manager was very nice. the only issue we had was with the initial communication in getting the information we needed to help with navigating our arrival. my recommendation is for the property to us the messaging service provided by Booking.com for first contact communication. this will ensure at all the arrival instructions are received by the guest. other then this issue everything else was excellent.
the size and decor of the room was wonderful.
Отличное местоположение. Все рядом. В номере очень удобные кровати, постельное белье чистое и приятное. Но было немного пыльно. В номере была и вода и чай и умывальние одноразовые принадлежности. В целом все очень понравилось. Если будем ещё раз в Ханчжоу обязательно там остановимся.
