Charming place for holiday with whole Family
“Super Lage, sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet.”
Sehr gute Lage mit dem Strand und der Promenade in Laufnähe, sowie einem kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Wohnung im EG rechts (Sicht aus Vorgarten) ist per Juli 2025 in sehr gutem und saubern Zustand und vor allem sehr stilvoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Klimaanlage, Küche, Bad alles neu gemacht worden. Sehr schöne Einbauschränke, geschmackvolle Kunst an den Wänden. Kurzum, hier wurde nicht gespart und vor allem im Gegensatz zu manch anderer Ferienwohnung in Slowenien oder Kroatien sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Loungesessel auf der Terrasse und der Esstisch sind ebenfalls neu. Der Parkplatz und das automatische Tor ein grosses Plus. Stefano war sehr freundlich und auch der Besitzer Tom war sehr nett und ist extra vorbeigekommen, um zu schauen, ob alles ok ist.
Eigentlich ist alles gut, das einzige was die Situation ein wenig beeinträchtigt hat ist, dass man die Lounge im Vorgarten nur eingeschränkt nutzen konnte. Aufgrund der sehr schönen und vollen Vegetation ist es aber auch ein wenig feucht und wie ein anderer hier schon berichtet hat, kann man die Lounge nur mit Insektenschutzmittel und Citronella Kerzen nutzen. Da kann aber der Besitzer leider nichts für.
