Location is perfect for accessing Stavenger harbour and the Gamle houses. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were good, although an oven glove and a spatula would be useful.It was clean and communication from landlord was good. It has a quirky charm as obviously a very old building. The lounge is cosy with the air heater on. Internet and Netflix were welcome.
Both sets of stairs are challenging for anyone over 1.7 m. The spiral stairs had screws coming out and my tall 14 year old ended up sleeping downstairs as he didn't feel safe going up and down. The bit where he would have slept had no power point or heat source. The layout is interesting and the bedrooms are in separate parts of the building, felt a bit disconnected. A smaller side lamp in the double bedroom would give more space by the bed and maybe more extension blocks. The toilet in the utility doesn't have a hand basin. Maybe if the description included some of this you would get less negative feedback.

Geräumiges, originell verwinkeltes Haus. Super Lage, um Stavanger zu Fuß zu erkunden.
Die Wendeltreppe in den ersten Stock im vorderen Teil des Hauses sollte unbedingt ersetzt werden. Sie ist sehr instabil.
“Gemütlicher Urlaub”
Super Lage, Altstadt, Hafen und Supermarkt sowie Bäcker gleich zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Bushaltestellen für Preikestolen oder Fähre in 5 Minuten Entfernung. Haus sehr gemütlich.
Mehr Verdunklung in den Schlafzimmern wäre wünschenswert.
