Very friendly welcome. Access to the Great North Run start. Parking facility.

It was in a good location for the great north run and the bedrooms and kitchen area were lovely and clean.
The beds were really uncomfortable particularly the room on the end left hand side. It was very expensive for pretty basic accommodation.
Clean and spacious. The beds were comfy.
The area wasn’t great. There was loads of litter on the surrounding streets. The kitchen was quite well equipped but there wasn’t enough cutlery.
