Amazing Caldera view and very clean rooms. Complimentary wine and breakfast in the hotel.
Staff are not available after 9pm in the hotel. The room phones don't work and one needs to go to the reception and call. The breakfast is complimentary but not great.

Het uitzicht was overweldigend. De hottub een meerwaarde. We hadden de kamer Ostria en die had merkelijk meer privacy dan de overige kamers, waar we dankbaar voor waren, want privacy blijkt op hotelkamers aan de klifzijde van Imerovigli door de helling van de kliffen, niet vanzelfsprekend. Aan de receptie werden we ook elke dag vriendelijk, hartelijk en professioneel geholpen.
Het ontbijt was goed, maar we kregen niet altijd exact wat we hadden gevraagd. Een worstje of toast had welkom geweest. De kamer werd erg laat schoon gemaakt. Meestal pas na de middag en ook niet consequent. Er waren dagen dat we na onze dagtocht terug kwamen en even wilden verfrissen voor we op zoek gingen naar een restaurant voor ons avondeten en dat de kamer nog steeds niet was schoon gemaakt. De ene dag kregen we nieuwe handdoeken, de volgende dag niet. Bij het uitchecken hadden we de indruk dat de persoon op de receptie niet echt een receptionist was. Hij nam onze sleutel aan en dat was het dan. We hadden gezien dat andere gasten hulp werd aangeboden bij het dragen van hun koffers naar de auto, wat in dit hotel geen overbodige luxe was, maar deze hulp kregen we niet aangeboden. De ramen tegenover het bed konden niet volledig verduisterd worden en het licht van de hottub kon niet uit worden gedaan. Hierdoor scheen er heel de nacht een felle gloed in de kamer, te vergelijken met daglicht. We vroegen aan de receptie of daar iets aan gedaan kon worden. Ze gingen er naar kijken, maar er veranderde niets. Dus we hebben zelf moeten improviseren om de kamer te verduisteren voor het slapen.

Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. Lovely hot tub. Great breakfast served to us on the balcony in the morning. Really helpful staff. Location was fantastic, quiet away from the very busy tourist spot of Oia but still amazing views and within walking distance of Fira along lovely coastal path.

Spectacular location and views are breathtaking. Having breakfast delivered to our private balcony was lovely. We also appreciated eating room service for dinner some nights.The shower was good. The path to Oia actually passes through the property. The staff were very helpful, even carrying our bags to the car when we were checking out. We liked doing hand washes and drying on the clothes rack in the sun.
The bed is a double, not a queen and the room is small. If you are not comfortable with stairs, be aware there are dozens as it is built on the cliff.
