“Nice location for Windermere and Bowness”
Good location, approximately 15 minutes walk to either Windermere or Bowness. Free parking right outside your room. Host was very friendly and informative. The room was a nice size and comfortable. Equipped with fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and egg boiler.
Quite a steep bank from the property to the main road. Not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

It was an amazing stay. Martin, the host, was not only incredibly kind but was also very knowledgeable about the area, and was more than willing to give any information.
The bathroom has a bit poor ventilation, IF you keep the door closed.
