Our stay was very comfortable and quiet. Despite being located in the middle of a touristic area it wasn’t noisy during the night. The room was clean and cozy. It’s self-checkin, so you receive a whatsapp message with the PIN-code and information when the room is ready.
Lovely room, perfect location one street away from plaza nueva. The room was cosy and had everything you need.
Mattress not the best, few room imperfections and dusty/ missed cleaning areas but overall lovely place, staff and communication were perfect.

Zu kalt im Zimmer, Klimaanlage konnte nicht auf Heizen umgestellt werden. Toilette konnte nur "schräg" sitzend benutzt werden, da zu eng an der Wand.

“Great location for Pintxos”
The location is brilliant, the right in the old town just steps from the square . Short walk to river and Guggenheim. The whole apartment and landing area, smart clean and bright. Nice bathroom with excellent shower. Very comfortable bed . We really enjoyed the balcony to sit on with a drink and people watch .
Only one chair in the room, one of us had to sit on luggage rack or bed . We did not like the shared fridge on landing and did not use it . However we can see that this would be an advantage for some
