“Нервный персонал”
Нормальные номера, довольно чисто. Близко к пляжу. Нормальный завтрак.
1.Странные правила в гостинице. Если вы где-то задержались, то сидят и ждут, чтобы закрыть ворота. Жалуются что из-за вас не спят. Только в последний день согласились дать ключ, чтобы можно было вернуться без проблем. 2. Очень плохой уровень английского у персонала. 3. С трудом удалось договориться по выполнению условий по бронированию на букинге. Пытались объяснить что это ошибка на букинге. Но эти условия остались актуальными даже и через месяц. Похоже на развод. Делали вид, что сделали одолжение. 4. Если вы днём решили поспать или пошли в душ и не ответили на стук в дверь, выключают кондиционер, если показалось что вас нет в номере. Дважды повторялась ситуация. 5. Персонал вроде и улыбается, но совсем не верится в искренность. Неприятно было там оставаться и я сменил место проживания. Самый неприятный персонал на всей Шри-Ланке. Постоянно нервничают и совершают глупые поступки.

Personal kam immer wieder in Momenten am Zimmer vorbei, in denen man sich Privatsphäre gewünscht hätte. Veranda vor dem Zimmer war nicht wirklich privat, obwohl wir zwei Zimmer gebucht hatten . Sri Lankan Breakfast sehr zu empfehlen, schade, dass es nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten war.

The location and the details mentioned doesn't really match. Hotel is not on beach front. You need to go through a narrow gully, cross railway line and other hotel complexes to reach the beautiful beach. Suited for solo or couples not for families. Facilities are very basic. Owner is ever smiling but has language problem. Need to climb stairs. No other staff or help.
Chambre agréable et très propre. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse. Petit déjeuner correct.
