Sehr problematisch war das Einschecken. Um 14 Uhr war zum vereinbarten Termin niemand im oder am Haus. Frederico meldete sich telefonisch mit dem Kommentar: " Lesen Sie die E-Mails, Check-in 18.00 Uhr". Selbst um 18.00 Uhr öffnete jemand erst nach unzähligen Klingeln und Telefonaten.
