“A perfect placement, but a hot apartment”
The placement is perfect. You're literally in the center of the city with everything going on right outside the windows. It's just a short walk of 300 meters from the ZTL border, where my girlfriend was waiting with our suitcases while I found free parking 10 minutes away. The apartment is a older bigger apartment that has been rebuilt into 3 smaller apartments.
The apartment is very warm and it wasn't possible to cool it down with the aircondition. The kitchen was okay, but not very well equipped. We asked for a proper knife and a drying cloth and it was provided right away but the knife was very slow. Since the host are restaurant owners I would have expected a better kitchen.
