На самият център.
Всички шумове от съседните стаи се чуваха. Вратите са дървени, не изолират, прозорците също. Два дни имаше срещу нас репетиция на барабани, по 7 часа. Изключителен шум , при затворени прозорци. Също ни нахапаха комари доста.

Отлично съотношение цена-качество. Големи стаи, удобни легла, достатъчно място за багаж. Огромен плюс е собственият паркинг, макар и срещу допълнително незначително заплащане, както и разположението на къщата, буквално на 5 минути от началото на Главната.
