Esperienza terribile. Sono arrivata dopo le 22, avendo avvisato alle ore 20 circa che purtroppo non sarei riuscita ad arrivare prima a causa di un imprevisto lavorativo (avendo però inviato i documenti prima e senza aver ottenuto risposta). Dopo essere arrivata e aver chiesto spiegazioni sul perché la chiave (per entrare in struttura) non fosse presente, mi sono sentita rispondere al cellulare con arroganza. Così, dopo aver chiuso la chiamata e aver riprovato innumerevoli volte a contattarla (4 per la precisione) mi ha risposto dicendomi che avrebbe mandato qualcuno ad aprirmi, dovendo però pagare un supplemento. Così, dopo aver atteso per mezz’ora circa una sua risposta, mi sono trovata costretta ad alloggiare da un’altra parte e a perdere i soldi.
