“Excellent”
Chris was a wonderful host. Sorted gluten free food and soya milk for my wife and boiled egg, ham & cheese for me. Big clean room and comfortable bed.
Shared bathroom was strange but no real problem. Hot breakfast would have been nice but can understand not practical based on the small number of guests.

Our week-long stay at Grantham House on the Isle of Wight during the scooter rally was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth from our host Chris, who made us feel right at home. The location is ideal, with easy access to local events and stunning coastal views. The house itself is beautifully maintained, blending modern comforts with charming period features. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast that fuelled us for a day of exploring the island and participating in the rally. Chris, went above and beyond, providing local insights and recommendations that made our experience even more special. After a long day of scooting and socializing, returning to Grantham House felt like coming back to a peaceful retreat. The gardens are lovely, perfect for unwinding with a drink after the day's excitement. We can’t recommend Grantham House highly enough! Whether you’re here for the scooter rally or just looking to explore the Isle of Wight, this is the perfect place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

We liked everything about this place: Chris is an exceptional host and helped us daily on where to cycle, places to eat and general education about the island which we loved. Breakfast was great and you could do down whenever worked for you which was terrific. Chris's home is beautiful and it really is a wondeful home to have a visit in.

The host- Chris was very kind and supportive. Chris guided us to the property and was helpful even carrying our lau gage case to the flat. The kitchen had everything that we needed, very close to the shops and Chris was helpful even driving us to the co op shop for shopping.
