Location was good, bed comfy, room large. Incredibly cheap.
Could hear everything upstairs until almost midnight, made it difficult to sleep. Shower in desperate need of a clean.

Comfy and warm. Easy, no hassle, feels like home accommodation. Check in and just do your thing. Great location for doing many walks around Dunedin. I never hire a car but the distance to town doesn't bother me as I enjoy the walk.
Didn't feel as clean as last time I stayed but nothing major.
