βNot bad for a short stay if you're not finickyβ
They serve free breakfast for two even though I was the only one checked in. Wifi was consistent and the airconditioning was working well. They have a hot shower. They have a secure compound with parking space with cctv so if you have a car or a motorcycle you don't have to worry where to park plus it's covered with a huge canopy. Complete toiletries but bath towels were newly washed but old. It's a great location near the city plus multiple food businesses are nearby. If you have concerns, there's a caretaker there to assist you.
Pillows and beddings were a bit smelly. It's a bit itchy when you sleep. The toilet flush was working but you have to flush 3-4 times. I didn't expect much based on the other reviews and the owner also gave me a heads up.

Good in sense that the location is near to my workplace.
Sobrang hirap pakiusapan ng Owner, everything is money. Overpricing nga yung stay, binabaha naman ang lugar. Yung breakfast, magkakasakit ka sa bato kasi sobrang alat ng food. Maliit din ang space para sa price. Yung bed parang lulubog ka sa sobrang lagkit ng feeling kahit may bed sheet. Mga unan, may amoy, dko alam kung dahil detergent or may naintact pang amoy from other guests. Parang hnd nabilad sa araw.
