The location was perfect for us…just a 5 minute walk from all action in historic city centre. There was so much to see and do in Ghent. Eric was an amazing host with lots of great suggestions of where to eat and quick to respond to our questions. The accommodations were very comfortable, spacious, clean, and quiet. The private little courtyard out back was a perfect spot to wind down after a busy day with a glass of wine.
Wonderful host who went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience.

Erik kindly invited to check in earlier, which was really great for further planning of the day. The house is located in a very calm neighborhood but close to the center. The house really reflects the vibe of this Belgian city. You feel like a guest in a house, not like “renting a place”
This is a different kind of living space, an actual house, so do not expect a hotel-level cleanliness or that everything will work well. It is better to have some solutions for mosquitos - at night it can be a problem
